Project Purpose

Tease is a beautiful-smelling perfume by Victoria’s Secret. The perfume packaging has not been changed for years and as Victoria’s Secret rebrands and changes so should their packaging to reflect the new image of Victoria’s Secret.

The travel-size perfume was used for this redesign. The goal was to focus on the consumer experience; and to design packaging to be more visually appealing, ergonomic, and travel-friendly.

Existing Packaging Analysis

The key issues with the Tease Perfume package design are the overall ergonomics and the perfume’s lid. The lid falls off very easily in travel
leading to losing the lid and possibly losing product in travel. The overall ergonomics of the perfume body and the chunkiness of the perfume lid are engineered with little thought for aesthetics.
